Absolutely terrible service upon checkout. The cashier refused to use my membership because I don't have an email on the account. She was rude and unhelpful. On top of that... Since when does Sally's charge 15¢ per bag? Basically none of their products are environmentally sustainable but I have to pay extra for a plastic bag to carry those over priced products to my car. Because of my experience I am done wasting my time and hard earned money on Sally's, everywhere. They do not value my business and I am done...

The cashier looked like she just wanted me out of the store. When I asked the manager how long my refund would take she rambled on about how I should call my bank. It was obvious they were upset I returned my item. The package was poorly packaged and to sell an item that was obviously old is disappointing. I will just go to Amazon for my beauty supplies...
