Today my elderly Hispanic mother went to your store and needed assistance. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front to help her. She had to walk to the back of the store, where several employees were talking together. Eventually, they came to the front, but one employee simply pushed a younger girl forward to assist her.
When she tried to get chicken from the butcher, he ignored her until a young man stepped in and told him to help her. That young man was the only person who showed initiative and courtesy.
If employees are on break or unavailable, there should be a manager present to ensure customers are assisted promptly. Customer service and kindness should never be forgotten, especially toward elderly customers.

I told the gentleman not to put Maiz in the menudo on. He said "that's how it comes, I'm not changing it." I told him. "just not to add them." He refused and told me to speak with the cashier and that she will give me the owners number. She tried to talk to him to let him know. But he refused. Turns our he is co-owner. He has no customers service and refuses to modify things for clients. Even of they are pregnant. I can only assume that if your allergic to something he will tell you that he can't modify anything even when. They can.
I will get in contact with the other...
