First, the incense is waaaaay overbearing. This store is ?? (sells clothing - hookas & incense, cigarettes & VAPING Supplies) Not a store for vapers. The owner apparently likes the idea of paying china to label mods with a fictional name. Know problem with that as long as the manufactures named product follows the ficticious name, since the manufactures name is what the public knows the product as. That wonderfull name you had china place on what you refer to as your mod "Extreame", is in reality a Vamo! I learned after purchasing. Not just a Vamo, a vamo 2!. (china is producing Vamo 5!). E-cig retailers (the few that sell this) sell for for $40.00, (not the 2 thats $40.00 for Vamo 5) unlike your "extreame Vamo 2" for $86.00 and that was minus the battery charger that should have been in kit! Vapers out there, the only liquid being sold from this store are eliquids from China. The staff is un-informed as obviously the owner is too. The Vamo is as good as it gets for this location and that is like I said "Vamo 2" so they are slightly behind on what is current and have no problem inventing names for products that have already been named by the manufacture and have established reputation in the vapers community. I am not sure what this store is, I can only sum it up as a individually owned 7-11. Their web-site is not indicative of the true establishment since I read on their web-site, "Best prices on Electronic Cigarettes, and Great product knowledge" Totally un-true on both claims, The employee believed this Vamo Mod to be made in the USA and to be a MOD created by them, then it was sold at twice the price. I might ad that the owner did not see reason to give discount for the missing charger that the kit stated was included. Read moreI went to The Colony location last night to purchase an item. I called to make sure they had the product before I drove over there because it's a 40 minute drive for me. When I get there neither of the guys working had any idea where the product I needed was kept so I was told "sorry." Then I called back today to make sure someone could locate what I needed when I got there and asked him to put it up front for me. Unfortunately I didn't realize today they close at 11 instead of 12 and I'm not gonna get there till 11:01 so I called to see if they could stay open for 1 minute under the circumstances and I was told that their computer system is shut off at 11:00 and there was nothing they could do to help me. Even though he did state that my product was sitting right on the counter waiting on me. He said that the owner would get angry if todays sale went on tomorrow's books. But my question is... technically isn't yesterdays sale going on today's books considering he couldn't find the product yesterday? What's the difference? Once again I got "Sorry" and that I should drive all the way to the store at Rosemead and George Bush after I drove 40 minutes to get there yesterday and again today because they are open until 12. And the best part of it all is due to hurricane Harvey the gas stations on either side of their store both...
Read moreHave been a loyal customer for over a decade. I've been getting a specific product every 2 weeks for years. I buy 4 and the 5th is free, making it a better deal for the customer. The last 2 times they have been out of stock for the 5 ct. Capsules I buy, stating they only have the 2ct or 3 ct. and cannot honor the price, even if I buy the same amount of capsules. I've emailed them twice with no response, telling them I was beginning to start to take my business elsewhere. Here is my last email...again with ZERO response.
"I have not received any response to my previous email and I just wanted to inform you that once again, I tried to buy the 5 count x 5 OPMS Black capsules and the store is out of the 5 count capsules and unable to honor the pricing in any way. This has become such a problematic issue it is making me consider taking my business elsewhere. I am again paying over $9 per capsule due to the 5 count being out of stock. Is there anything you all can do to help a nearly 15 year long customer with this issue?"
