She is wonderful at communicating with me and is working so very hard to try and shuffle through all of the mess that the previous PM has left her with for our properties. I am so very happy with her upbeat attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to rent our properties. I am excited to hear that she has leased our Edmond location and is meeting to sign a lease and get a deposit on the Norman property tomorrow. Norman, as I told you, has been vacant since April and it only took Robin 8 days to get tenants, in the midst of all of the other things she is doing. We are doing a happy dance today! We have been living in this home (that was not ready for move in when we moved in) for about about 2 months and when some repairs were done they were not fully completed. The home did not come with new air filters and when they were “replaced” one filter was not and the vent with left without an air filter. We had high bills due to repair issues. Which we were supposed to be reimbursed for a month ago which we have not been. The house also has a spider problem that was supposed to be taken care of and has not been. When we call they assure us things will be handled in a timely manner and to no ones surprise they are not! Would not recommend renting through this group. Save yourself...
