Now I will say I have gone here multiple times in the past and I have loved it everytime. On my last visit me and my GF bought a ton of food and 4 pounds of snowcrab legs. The legs were cooked at to low of a temperature so the crab meat never separated from the shell and the shell got soft so it was near impossible to eat the crab legs. The rest of the food was great so I called later about it and I was told we would be given 3 lbs of crab legs credited to our next bill so $90 I called in today and was told again 3 lbs so $90 dollars. When we got in we asked for the manager (Margaret) who said both times she would do the 3lbs on the phone. When we showed up she changed it to 2 lbs so 60$. We talked a bit more about it and she said $60 and 3 cheesecakes "won't recommend the cheesecakes they are crumbly and thick not smooth and sweet like it should be". which was better then nothing. We brought a friend from Tulsa as well to try a crab boil for her first time ever too. Now we ordered alot of food again and the food was great, crab cooked perfectly this time flavor was amazing. The lobster tail had the same issue of being rubbery and stuck to the shell do to being not cooked at a high enough temperature. We mentioned it and the waiter told me she kinda just scoffed after he explained our issue and at the time he was understanding. Now we had a budget and what we had in mind and a tip all set up before hand. 160 dollars total. Our tip would have been about $38. But since they changed the discount when we got there I could only leave a 7 dollar tip. The dude was cool so I felt bad but a budget is a budget. The server saw the tip and became mad at me and demanded more money and tried saying we stole utensils that he now had to pay for it then he tried making me feel bad. I wrote 17 just to please him so that I could leave. I called back shortly after, asked for the manager again, stated what the server did and said I would like to have the tip removed. She then tried telling me that she fixed the crab and gave us the cheesecake so she wouldn't remove the tip. After some back and forth I finally got her to remove the tip. Overall we went in to give a amazing experience to a friend at what we thought was a great restaurant but bad management and a bad employee ruined that...
Read moreFood was good as always. If only the parking lot didn't reek of raw sewage, as it has for the last year, and I didn't need an alignment on my vehicle from the 1 bed 1 bath sized potholes in the parking lot. The center table 8-12 top went unbussed the entirety of our meal. Both water cups were dirty. When we finally got our food we had to wait for 10 minutes while our server found utensils. Had to go to the center table to find the utensils, take them to the back, clean them, and bring them up. Does this mean you don't have enough for each table? There was 3 tables sitting down eating and the unbussed table, and you didn't have any crackers? So maybe 4 total? You can have 4 crab dishes out at a time, at a place that has a crab on the logo? Heard the dial tone for most of our meal as the hostess was too busy doom scrolling on her phone to care about answering it so she left it off the hook, let alone helping the only server. I didn't see the server, Dazy, slack off. She was mostly customer facing. When we told Dazy that we had to wait 10 minutes for utensils that are critical to eating our food, she offered to teach us how to crack the crab with our hands! Which sounds nice, or as a restaurant you have available silverware, which is the Correct answer. That's like me telling the attendant at the gas station they're out of toilet paper, and them telling me that you can just use your hands. Well, obviously I can wipe it with my hands, or as a place of business you just have natural necessities to function as a business. Obviously Management is MIA from this location. If you have call offs, you need to set your team up for success. Leaving them short staffed is how you run off good employees and build a culture of not caring. Each of these represented by Dazy left to do everything, while the 1-2...
Read moreOn July 30th , 2023 around 8:15 p.m. I called in a order for a low country boil, from the Pierr 88 location in the village of north Oklahoma City. I payed $32.04 for the seafood bag. I am a loyal customer up until now . I purchase boils at least 3 times a month with no complaints and is always very satisfied. On July 30th, I went too pick up my called in order. When I made it home nothing was in my bag but sausage and shrimp. It usually and supposed too comes with 1/2 pound crab legs , 1/2 pound shrimp , sausage , egg , corn, and potato. I didn’t have anything in the bag but sausage and shrimp . I immediately called the restaurant and let them know what was going on . I was told no manager was in and too call back the next day. The next day came (today) I called back and still no manager was available too speak with me . I saved the food and brought it back up too the restaurant. A host then goes on too call a manager at another location, comes back and tell me that they couldn’t give me a refund or remake the order because most of the food was eaten . WHICH IS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS !! (NOTHING WAS IN THE BAG BUT SHRIMP AND SAUSAGES) they didn’t refund me or remake my order . Told me that there wasn’t an corporate office and there was nothing else they can do . I had too do my own research too find that there in fact was a corporate and that’s why I’m contacting you guys now . I was a very loyal customer and I’m totally in awe at how the whole situation was handled . If someone could contact me back I would highly appreciate it due too me spending a lot of money at Pierr 88 a month. I for sure knew that I would be taken care of and that definitely was...
