Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

The drive thru only had 4 cars in front of us but took way too long to order. They had no onion rings. I had received a gift card for $25 and was disappointed they had no onion rings but saw my total was $22 and with the wait I wanted to be done with sonic and the gift card, so when we got to the window finally I asked for large tots to get my total up. I was really apologetic about adding at the window. The girl actually thought about it for a minute before I could add to my order, finally said yes and shut the window on me. I still was really sweet to her because of the small inconvenience. A guy came over gave us our burgers and tots and said bye with out giving us our ice creams. I had to ask for them. Then I had to ask for spoons because they gave us no spoon or straws for our 2 shakes. People were rude. We get home to eat and the cheeseburgers were saturated with mustard and the pickles tasted awful. The tots were cold and we ate those 5 minutes after receiving those. i would rate it less than one star if i could. I go through the stalls and order two game changers, and two kid's meals. when the worker came out, she only had one drink, and it was made wrong. so i let her know i asked for two, and it shouldve been made with jolly ranchers. she got rude, but nonetheless brought the drinks out. i get home, drunk more than half of the drink, open the lid to move the lemon around, and there is a LONG black hair in the drink. I tried to no avail to get in touch with the manager, phone was taken off of the hook. finally calls this morning to speak to a manager, and he tells me, "ma'am i don't believe that, that drink doesn't come with a lemon." I have a picture of the drink in my phone. the hair isn't mine because i have a close cut hair cut. if i was on my mobile, i would post it. im utterly disgusted. and i also feel like it was intentional. this store needs to be shut down. this is not the first incident. its...

I went to sonic last night around 9 nobody else was there so they took our order quick when they came out with my order (took about 40 min) I noticed that two of my chili dogs and my order of mozzarella sticks weren’t in there so I showed the girl my receipt and she said she would go get them . Anoth 40 min went by she comes back with just the mozzarella sticks so I tell her again about my two coneys she apologizes god back inside to get them .. now a whole hour has passed so I pushed the red button and said I’m still waiting on my two chili cheese dogs.
