As far as the introductory experience, I think there is room for improvement. The $149 (or something) introductory appointment includes a water bottle, an adjustment, a consultation and 15 minutes in the Tesla coil room for positive energy. This is not billed to insurance. When I asked, they said insurance would be billed on my next visit.

I was expecting a $25 co-pay based on my roommate’s experience (same insurance company). It was $50. Upon inquiring with three different questions it was finally revealed that my appointment is more expensive because Dr. Ben is out of network for my insurance.

It’s my responsibility as a patient to ask questions and do what I need to do for my own insurance. When asked which doctor, I told them “either.” As a first time patient paying $200 for two visits, some general guidance on who is in network vs who isn’t would help me continue to be a customer at FitSpa.

My experience was good in that I’ll continue pursuing chiropractic treatment - but it wasn’t worth $200+. I feel cheated, I don’t feel like there was transparency and I’ve made the decision to take my business elsewhere where my goals can be met in addition to the clinic’s...

Came in for an massage & adjustment today and feel great. I had no idea they have Cryotherapy & Infrared Spa available. If you want to feel better and get fit go here!

Just got out of the Cryogenic chamber and feel amazing. I was in the chamber for 2min at -200 degrees.
