China House Express — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This was the absolute rudest service that I have seen anywhere, in any industry, in years. We ordered delivery and couldn't add chopsticks. So we called the restaurant to ask them to include a set in the order. The woman was insanely rude from the start and tried saying no, because she had already started making the order. What does that have to do with asking for a pair of chopsticks? It took 10 minutes to get through this call.

Then the food arrives... There was soy sauce all over everything in the bag. And despite having multiple orders of sweet and sour chicken, there was no sauce included with the food. So we had to call again and deal with even more hateful rudeness again. It ended with me having to drive to the restaurant anyway, defeating the entire purpose of the delivery. After waiting through the drive-thru line because their lobby is still closed and chasing about 2 dozen flies back out of my car window, I get to the window to get the sauce. She threw the window open, shoved one single container of sauce in my face, hatefully yelled "ALL!" at me, and then literally slammed the window shut before I could ask for the sauce for the other orders they hadn't given us. Our experience here was decent, we ordered our food online, which by the way has plenty of options definitely check out their website, but we ordered and went to pick it up. On arrival I was sad to find lobby closed sign because I like being able to go inside pay, grab my food and go an not have to wait on a drive thru line. So we waited in the drive thru, when we got to the window we saw that every employee had masks and gloves on thought that was pretty cool because most major fast food places and restaurants don't go the extra mile, so that was cool. Everything inside looked pretty clean and they put the food in a bag and stuck it out of the window on a tray. Drove home, food was freshly cooked it was HOT and the food was presented nicely in the box and plenty of soy sauce. When it came down to the taste I expected more but overall it was like what you get at a traditional Chinese restaurant but it was very good food and honestly probably the best prices you'll find in the city. I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst place I’ve ever tried to have food delivered from. Placed my order at 7:15, didn’t receive it until 10. They close at 10! When I called to ask about it at 8:15 the lady said there was only one driver and that it had gotten very busy, understandable. 8:45 came around and I called again, she said it was on its way here and that she’d call the driver. 9:20, still no food. Try to call again, it was picked up and then hung up after I started talking, and they never answered the phone again. The driver called at about 9:35 saying it would still take him another 25-30min to get here. I live 2 miles away! Not only was my food disgusting when it got here, the restaurant would never answer so I could get a refund.
