I placed my order online, got to the store and was told it had just gone in and itâd be 10 more minutes and pull around. Cool. Go back through the drive through and sit while they put every person in front of me on hold for five minutes. I get a notice that my order is ready. I sit. I finally get to the speaker and she puts me on hold. After a few minutes I start trying to get someone attention because I get a second notice that my order is ready. No one answers. I pull to the window and no employees in sight. I honk the horn to try to get someoneâs attention. Nothing. Finally I go in, 3 people up front and all employees in the back. I said y to the guy thatâs in back that I have been sitting waiting for someone to hand my order out for 15 minutes. He asked what order and I gave him my name. He didnât see it at first, but I pointed it out- Sure enough, my order is sitting in the warmer. I let him know, Iâve been sitting waiting for someone to pass it out the window for 15 minutes and you have a line at your drive through that have been waiting with me before I finally came around. Some woman from the back SCREAMS from the kitchen to me in the lobby that âdonât you know that she has to..â and I donât even know what else she said because I wanted to get reckless and start yelling back, but I said, âIâm just letting you know I waited for fifteen minutes at the windowâ and walked out. The GALL of this woman to scream from the back of the store instead of apologizing for the wait. My food was literally sitting, and she screamed at me?! I place my order @ 5:10 and didnât go in for my food until 5:55 and who knows how long it had been sitting, at least 15 minutes that I watched the clock from the drive thru. I canât believe the manager screamed across the restaurant for HER bad service. I wish I would have just asked for a refund after that instead of letting them have my money after her screaming like that. Iâm guessing this is the kind of person she is, because the store canât keep employees for any period of time.    Read moreI went to purchase 3 pepperoni Hot and Readyâs through the drive thru. The young man who was working the drive thru took my order and payment at 8:39 pm (Order # 5025291). As I paid, the young man told me to park and asked me my name because they would bring my pizzaâs out to my car and asked if I agreed to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I agreed. However, this is the second time they take my order at the drive thru and park me to wait 10 to 15 minutes (estimate they give) in a matter of 4 days. Well this evening I parked and waited until 9:03 pm. As I continued to wait this older man with braided hair, not the same young man who took my order at the drive thru, comes out shouting what am I waiting for. I told him I was waiting for my 3 pepperoni Hot and Readyâs and I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes now. He yelled at me even louder âwhy are you just sitting there?! Your pizzaâs are sitting in the warmer!! You need to get up and go in the store to pick up your pizza!!! Donât just sit there and wait!!! Next time come in and get them!!â He kept shouting on his way back into the the store and brought out my pizzaâs shouting âJesus Christ!!â When he came back with my pizzaâs and finally let me explain I explained I parked and didnât get out of my car to pick up my pizzaâs because the young man at the drive thru took my name and instructed me to park and someone would bring my pizzaâs out. As the employee hands me my pizzaâs then taps me on my shoulder as if sending me off. Tonight was an awful experience. I was berated for doing as I was instructed to do while ordering HOT AND READY PIZZAâs through the DRIVE TRU. I would like to suggest better business etiquette, courtesy and perhaps mannerâs. It is very unfortunate to go for pizzaâs on such a beautiful Saturday night only to be berated and intimidated by an upset employee who clearly does no value his job nor the company he works for.    Read moreOrdered through the app at 620 pm, app stated my single large half cheese have sausage pizza would be ready at 659 pm. I arrived at the store at 655 and inquired about my order. The lady up front walked to the kitchen to check on it. She advised it would be a couple more minutes. At 710 I asked her about the order once again and she stated she was too busy to look but that she would when she got time. At 715, another female employee asked me about my order and I once again verified what I was waiting for. Finally at 730, 35 mins after I initially inquired about the order, the Manager Glenn, approaches me and states he has absolutely no idea where my pizza is and that at this moment he is willing to make me another one. I calmly ask why itâs taken 35 mins to realize my pizza is not available after two separate inquiries to which he replies âI donât knowâ. I ask him to sub 1 hot and ready sausage and 1 hot and ready cheese so that I may fulfill the request of my guests without further delay. He denies my request and states he can make my original pizza. Which will take another 15/20 mins. I requested a refund as I believe he felt my time wasnât as valuable as his.
