UPDATE: After this review was posted, I received a call from The Villages store Manager who was able to schedule my delivery in the afternoon, as I had originally requested and provided me with a refund on the delivery fee. She also apologized and stated that she would re educate her floor staff. This was very much appreciated and our delivery arrived as scheduled.

Very nice people at the store, however, I was not given a time frame for a morning or afternoon delivery of the items I purchased. When I called to request an afternoon delivery, I was told I "could not." I begrudgingly said "Ok" and I took time off work. I waited from 8-10 am and my delivery never arrived as scheduled. When I called and spoke with the Store Manager Ellen, she told me that "You called and canceled the delivery." Of course I had not done that. The person with whom I requested an afternoon delivery had made a mistake. Instead of apologizing, Ellen continued to assert "The notes say you called and canceled the delivery." Although I explained that I wanted an afternoon delivery, but never canceled it, she did not believe me. What happened to the Customer is always right? I then asked if it could be delivered the following day and Ellen said "No", that I would have to wait a week.
