UPDATE 2023.09.28 Everybody makes questionable hiring decisions. Evidently, the server at the drive thru window today at 2:01:30PM was having a bad day. She was impatient and interrupted me as I was describing the drink I wanted because I didnāt tell her if I wanted a ālatte or what.ā I explained that if sheād listen, Iād tell her what I wanted. When I got to the window, she placed that damnable tip generator on the shelf and told me there was a button I had to push or something similar.
I struggled to reach it due to mobility challenges and accidentally pressed a number I didnāt choose. I asked if that was the correct amount. She looked at the register and confirmed it was. By that time, the ApplePay payment had timed out. When she handed it back the amount was less than the previous amount meaning she obviously was mistaken when she previously checked the register in response to my question about the correct amount.
I processed the payment and handed the device back to her. She then handed my order out and I had to explain that I didnāt want to touch my food after handling the filthy device that had been handled by lots of other folks. That didnāt set well with her because she kept the food in her extended hand as if I had to take it anyway. I then sanitized my hands before taking the remainder of my order.
This is so unlike Starbucksā service that Iāve come to expect. I hope she was just having a bad day and this isnāt her usual level of service.

I am there 5 days a week after I drop my kids off and head to work. But, every single Friday morning I am met with the rudest customer service. I mobile order and I place my order at the same time every single day and itās usually ready. However on Fridays it takes up to 20 minutes longer. The worker there berates me every single Friday about my mobile order not being ready and to wait to come through until my order is ready on the app. I have NEVER experienced somebody be rude to me about this before. Well this Friday I remembered that it would take longer and placed my order about 20 mins earlier. App says itāll be ready in 15-20 mins. Great. I pull up at exactly the 20 minute mark and tell them the name for my order. This man once again gives me a hard time about waiting until my order says itās ready on the app. I do not understand what difference it makes to pull a sticker and make my order or me place my order at that exact time when I get to the window. Itās crazy to me. Iām put off every single Friday morning and am about to start getting coffee elsewhere on Fridays because I am tired of dealing with the same man and his rude attitude about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreProbably the worst service at any Starbucks we have been to. This Starbucks clearly descriminates here and ALL staff was clearly racist. Only thing missing is a "Whites Only" sign. Husband ordered a coffee no cream and it is not busy at all. Couple ppl trickle in, they order and all receive their coffee. Still standing and waiting. Staff is talking amongst themselves. Clear and complete disregard to the customer and again it is not busy at all, very low volume. Waited at the counter being ignored for another 5 minutes. They looked but continued to ignore.
Husband said "excuse me" and eventually 1 lady came up asking what he wanted to order. He asked for the coffee no cream he already ordered and she begrudgingly made the order. However she made the coffee with a lot of cream. So he sent it back and said no cream please.
Very disappointed in the service here and the staff kills the beauty of the property and area with ignorance and attitudes. Needs new mgmt and staff that is kind to everyone like most Starbucks in the country....
