Culver’s — Restaurant in Florida

This is an update to my original review down below. It’s been 9 months and we decided to try again. Once again similar results the fries are terrible, rubbery I guess. All the burgers were not very good either tasted like they were just removed from the freeze dipped in water and forgot any type of seasoning. Again please who ever runs this place or owns it, visit here order some food then go to wildwood order the same thing and compare to the one in wildwood the differences are drastic. The one in Wildwood is always spot on foods great. Will avoid this place again which is sad because Culver’s is one of my favorite fast food burgers. Please everyone stop eating here make them change.

First off I love Culver’s one of the best fast food burgers. With that being said this location isn’t good. We have been here 4 times and every single time we have had an issue with our order missing items, or being wrong. We only come here for burgers so it’s hard for me to comment on any other food items.

For what ever reason the burgers at this Culver’s are never very good lack flavor or on one occasion so over cooked it was gross. The condiments on the burgers are always all over the place one time we had nothing on them at all and another it’s like they tripled the amount of mayo on the burgers. Lettuce is doesn’t ever seem to be fresh. Cold fries, missing fries, only getting about a half order of fries etc its annoying.

The employees are typically just neutral never really had a bad experience but nothing good to say either. Which is odd for us because the other Culver’s we have been too the employees always seem great similar to a chic fil a experience.

When you compare this location to the other one in the area it’s like two different companies. My guess it’s likely to come down to bad leadership, which makes employees unhappy and the rest suffers. I challenge the owner or anyone for that matter to go here then immediately go to the location in wildwood and test the food from both along with the difference in employees. Will continue to avoid this location which is unfortunate because we live close by and eat at the one...

I usually love Culver's very much, but definitely not this location. I went in on a Sunday night around 6 pm and the line was almost snaking out of the dining room doors. I was starving and since there is not a culver's close to my home I figured it was a treat and waiting a little bit longer would definitely be worth the delicious custard I was heart set on ordering! Well boy that was my first mistake!! There were actually plenty of employees running around to and fro behind the counter so many in fact they were finding plenty of time to chit chat gossip and joke around with each other, while there was only 1 employee at a register taking orders for the dine in customers. This poor young man was visibly overwhelmed as he tried to get orders placed into the computer system and collect parents. He was making several mistakes and there were some sarcastic customers who were trying to take advantage of his situation, shame on them. After taking several orders after I walked in he was replaced by a young polite girl. I don't know if it was his break or they were just moving him to a different area even though finally the line started moving a little quicker and after about 20 minutes I was finally my turn. I decided upon a kid's meal for the smaller portion but after seeing the custard of the day flavor was one of my favorites I asked to add one more scoop to the regular one scoop order. Mind you a kids meal is 6:39 usually I waited as she bringing my order and the young lady told me my total was 11:47 I looked at her being so frustrated at this point I said you know what cancel my order and I left. Still don't know why she was charging me that much. I will continue to patronize Culver's but never never The villages...
