A quick search of florists in the area of The Villages will show Plantation Flower Designs as a very highly rated service, and it's a well deserved rating. Their website mentions affordability, but that wasn't my primary concern. I was looking for beautiful arrangements that could be delivered quickly. Despite a very small snafu, they exceeded every expectation. The arrangement was, I think, more beautiful than the picture on the website. They were able to deliver the very next day despite my late order the day before. I was able to easily place my order online using a mobile device, which is a very important service offering. The very minor issue was a small garnish missing from the arrangement. One quick text remedied the situation immediately with a second delivery, and it's that outstanding customer support combined with an amazing product that earns 5 stars. If you want it done right, don't cheap out, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely use this florist again!
Update We DID use them again, and it went even better than the last time. The arrangement was perfect and when we scheduled it to be there. They...
Read moreI was disappointed in the arrangement I sent to my sister as a thank-you. The picture on the website showed three white roses and her arrangement had two. In my opinion, that is outrageous. I hate when florists offer these âgood, better, bestâ options that can top out over $100. If you order the standard version you get a skimpy bouquet. I will be looking for a new florist serving The Villages. In addition, the person who took my order seemed a little incompetent. We had just about completed the order when she did something on her end and had to repeat the entire process. What should have been a ten-minute phone call...
Read moreWhen my 85 year old aunt in Hawaii needed a florist to send flowers to my mom in The Villages, I recommended this florist. When my mom received the flowers they were buds, and she watered them every day. By the 3rd day the roses were dead. They were not drinking any of the water which was a bad sign. My mom called the florist and explained the situation; she didnât want to tell my aunt the product was bad. She was told by the woman who answered the phone, that she would tell the owners about the dead roses. My mom never received a call from the owners regarding the dead roses, so we are posting this review so no one else...
