Relax In Comfort — Local services in The Villages

My husband and I started looking into adjustable beds several months ago. After looking and originally purchasing a bed from a nationwide company with had nothing but issues with said companies customer service. We canceled our order, prior to delivery, and he searched the internet and found Relax in Comfort. He filled out an inquiry about 8:30pm. Jackie messaged him within 15 minutes and they communicated off and on for several days. We decided to make the 9 hour round trip to meet with Jackie and see the beds in person She was very knowledgeable about the products and the showroom was very professional. After purchasing the bed, we drove to the warehouse to pick up the bed. They helped load the bed as well as cover it and secure it in the rain. When we assembled the bed, which took less than a hour, we had problems with one of the cables for the adjustable bases. I reach out to Jackie on Sunday and she was on top of it and even had her boss call to help out. I would highly recommend, Jackie, Relax in Comfort and the bed if you are looking for a restful nights sleep and GREAT...

The reason I am giving this review is because I entered the store looked around saw a recliner I really liked. Of course I'm going to sit down and see if it's comfortable. The guy immediately said woah woah get out of the chair you are to big to sit there. Ok so are your chairs made out of paper? I'm not a small guy, but I'm not 400+. I'm in low 300. Yeah I'm a big guy but if you are afraid that me gently sitting down to see if your chair is comfortable and you to freak out like that I don't want to buy anything from you. Obviously you haven't sold the fancy red chair that has been sitting there forever. Maybe go to Malibu, CA to get your prices. I talked to a friend that went there and he's skinny and they treated him the same way judging a book by the cover. You may look at us and think we are poor. Which is wild because you don't know me. I did like the chair. It was comfortable but the way the guy treated me there I will never buy anything from there and I will not recommend this...

If you are in the market for a new mattress, look no further than Relax in Comfort. I had looked at mattresses at other places and saved the best for last. The staff was very patient with me as I tried out every mattress in the store. They also asked me appropriate questions. When I decided upon the Tempur-Pedic USA Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid, Dan took the time to go over all of the remote features with me when I purchased the bed and again on the day prior to delivery. My bed was made to order so I waited about 2-3 weeks for it, which was not an issue. Waiting for it is preferable to buying from a "big box" mattress store where mattresses sit in a warehouse with no air conditioning. The customer service by both the store and the delivery team was excellent. After delivery when I had a few questions about my remote, they easily walked me through what to do over the phone.
