Absolutely the worst on line site for ordering tickets. I purchased tickets for an event at Savanna. The default for accessing your tickets is ticket wallet. When I tried to change that delivery method, I just kept getting an error message. After a number of try’s, I decided to just go with ticket wallet. . After the purchase, the system supplies a link to access my tickets from ticket wallet. Clicking on that link gave me more error messages. So, I called the number to get help, but you can only leave a message. There is also no e-mail to contact anyone. Also, when I log into my account, there is an option to view my tickets, Upon clicking on that option, a page displays stating “these are your tickets, please do not print”. After all this and paying a $9 fee for ordering on line, I ended up having to drive to the box office anyway to get resolution. What a joke their on...

I am writing because I have to say something about the group who played at Lake Sumter this evening - Zee-R Band. We have lived in the Villages for almost 5 years and go to Lake Sumter to listen to the music and do some dancing. We have always enjoyed it. However, this evening the band that played was absolutely horrible. The guitarist and musicians were fine but the lead singer was so off key it was painful to listen to him. We left after less than an hour. I don't know if anyone else gives a rating to the entertainment at the squares but I had to tonight! Truly this band was awful. March 26 2017 - 9:30 Just back from the Sochi show. Walked out after first half. We have better entertainment at our town squares. Rocky and the Rollers would leave this 4 piece band in the dust. We saw Sochi a few years ago and it was very fast paced and well planned fun nite. He had his daughter on stage with 2 "singers" not very professional. They all did 2 /3 minutes of old standers just enough to recognize the tune. Very disappointed. Have a mind to ask for my money back.
