I visited the villages florida location on Saturday July 4th between 5pm and 6pm when I walked in the store there were no visible signs indicating where you place your order and there was only one (1) person at a register even though there were 3 registers. So, I stood waiting for about 15 minutes for my order to be taken and during that time other people walked in to order, so finally another person came to another register and asked the people that walked in after me to place their order, so I stood there another 10 minutes before placing my order and this was my order.....Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup with a lemon slice (as show on your menu), chicken kale salad , 6 cinnamon crunch beagles (sliced) with a tub of plain cream cheese, Unsweet Iced Tea. And it continued to go further down hill from this point.....I could only get 3 cinnamon crunch beagles, because that is all they had available (per the manager), so that's what I settled for. I received my order and got to my car and realized I never received a cup for my drink, went back inside and told them I never received my drink, so they handed me a cup and said "I'm sorry", went back out to my car and opened the salad and the kale was black and I mean black and wilted...gross, so I went back inside and showed your associate and she threw it in the garbage and gave me my money back for the salad and again said "I'm sorry". I went back to my car and opened my bag of 3 beagles and there was no cream cheese, so I went back inside and told the associate I didn't get my cream cheese, the associate came out with 2 little containers of cream cheese and I told her I ordered a tub and I asked who's the manager? the associate pointed to a small young blonde girl texting on her cell phone and that answered all the questions why my experience with this Panera's location was so terrible. I told the manager she should concentrate on her job and stop texting!! Go back to my car and open my soup and there's NO lemon slice, by this time I said to myself "Screw It!!!" PO'd at this whole experience!!!!!!! I get home with my beagles and decided to have a beagle, because at this point the only thing I've had to eat is soup and the beagles had not been sliced as I ordered. At this time I just laughed at how bad my experience was. I don't understand why people can't do their jobs!!!! I've never written a review before, but I felt like you needed to know what is going on in...
Read moreIf there were minus stars that's exactly what they would get for their catering service. My office used this location for monthly catering orders for three years and was 100% satisfied. For the past six to eight months, they have screwed up every order we have made. Our $335.00 order today was delivered and contained 40 of the only two sandwiches I asked them to leave off their variety platter. I had asked for all the great specialty sandwiches and to not include the basic ham and turkey sandwiches. The delivery came and it had 40 basic ham and turkey sandwiches. There also were no condiments! Three months ago, I ordered 44 boxed lunches which should include a whole sandwich, pickle, chips and a cookie. When we opened the boxes we found a half sandwich, chips, an unwrapped cookie and no pickle. There also were no labels on the boxed lunches identifying what they were. I have given this store too many chances now, my monthly catering orders will go elsewhere from now on! I would reccomend new catering employees for this...
Read moreI’m giving this 5 stars because my issue has nothing to do with Panera per se. Ive been coming to Panera at Ft Sumpter Landing in the morning for several years but will discontinue that practice, not because of anything Panera has done, but because of the increasing amount of political pandering taking place there. Lately I’m seeing political messaging, caps and tee shirts with crude political messages disparaging, not only our president, but the Office of the President of the United States in general. Lordy, the election is over…..one guy lost and one guy won. If your guy lost - get over it! Don’t blame it on fraud (Federal and state judges said “no fraud”, Supreme Court said “no fraud”, AG Barr said “no Fraud”, McConnell said “no Fraud”. We recounted the votes in Georgia three times - “no fraud”. Next time get a better candidate! It’s hard to enjoy one’s breakfast while engulfed in an environment of naivety, gullibility and ignorance. ...
