Kevin Brady Community Center — Local services in The Woodlands

There isn't a whole lot i can say in reference to doing business with this establishment and the processes thereof because I've never rented the place out. However, I attended a Prophetic Prayer Breakfast there and there were several things i liked about the place. They had several large rooms for events, parties, and meetings. The parking lot was very clean. When you first walk in you're greeted with a friendly smile as they direct you to the room you're looking for. The room we were in had like a kitchen or kitchenette or something in it so that was pretty cool. you're able to set up sound equipment as well. the bathrooms were super clean and smelled really nice. overall the ambiance of the place was great. i would definitely consider hosting an event at this location.

Very poor service to the community. Our car was towed around 6pm during the fall festival. There is a permanent sign saying that parking is only for the community center and the library, but it was after hours on the weekend. Who in their right mind thinks that applies to after hours on a weekend, especially at a public place where the library is and you know it’s closed. The LEAST they could have done was put an A-sign that warned people about towing for this special event. That’s government for you. It makes you wonder if someone in the Woodlands Township is in cahoots with Milstead towing. Milstead had multiple trucks there, they knew it would be an issue so they were ready. And people using the community center were giving their guests signs to put inside their cars so they wouldn’t get towed (we found this out after the fact). So what really irks me is the community center knowing this is a problem and doing...
