This review is for the Mentorship experience I recently had with Myisha.  I was given an opportunity to shadow Licensed Professionals during my esthetics journey with Tricoci University.  I reached out to Myisha to see if she would be up for the challenge. Without hesitation she committed to helping me.  Her professional approach made me feel appreciated and like a priority.   She was consistent with making sure all schedules matched and that I'd be able to shadow within the small time window I gave.

Once the day arrived I was able to really experience what Mentorship looked like. She explained her protocols with me and showed me things that truly gave me reassurance. Her setup was familiar to what I had learned but different. I was so excited like a kid in a candy store.   It's one thing to learn in school, however your taught and then told to make it your own.  That can be intimidating.  Especially for something new that you take seriously. She eased all of my worries. She worked with each client and allowed me to assist with certain parts of the services. She was thorough and even provided detailed product knowledge. I'm a hands on learner so this approach left me in awh.

I was so excited to brag about my experience with my family and classmates afterwards. I walked away with such an excitement for joining the Skin Business. Myisha is amazing at what she does! I have had inflamed cystic acne for years on a off. I have tried accutane, my acne came back. I went to the dermatologist for months, nothing worked for my skin long term. I loveeeeeeeee this place! I just had my first facial service a few months ago - and I had to be mad at myself for missing out for so long! Myisha is the owner and I call her my “Skin Angel.” Her location is clean, comfortable, relaxing, and she makes you feel so pampered.
