I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience at this pharmacy, and I feel itās important to share.
My elderly and disabled mother called with a question about her medication. A guest pharmacist with an accent answered, gave her incorrect information, and then hung up on her. I went to the pharmacy shortly after to address the issue. When I asked who had just spoken to my mother (less than an hour ago), everyone denied it and claimed it must have been someone who had already left. The guest pharmacist remained silent.
Two women behind the counter also had attitudes and were rude and dismissive. But once the pharmacist accidentally outed herself by repeating the same thing she said to my mother over the phone, their attitudes noticeably shifted.
When I confronted her and asked why she lied, she got defensive and said, āI DONāT WORK HERE,ā as if that excused hanging up on my mother. I was visibly upset and did use profanity out of frustration ā but she, as the professional in the situation, should not have escalated things by responding with profanity herself. After that, she called the manager and walked away to hide.
My fiancƩ also spoke with the manager to explain what had happened, as he witnessed the entire situation from beginning to end. Thankfully, the manager was calm, understanding, and professional, and I truly appreciated her stepping in to help de-escalate everything.
That said, the way the guest pharmacist and other staff handled this was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Patients ā especially elderly and disabled individuals ā deserve far better treatment and accountability.

Signed up for the rapid NAAT COVID test for my son, which bills itself as having results in about 2 hours in all of the information on the app. Bring him in for a 10:00 appointment this morning, and the guy who takes our test also says results will be available via email in about 2 hours. After three hours I call to see if there is any way they can check on the status of his test. After looking him up, I am told that the results will be available in ā1-24 hours.ā I respond that that is different than what both their literature and a person who is most likely still in the building just told me. āNope. 1-24 hours.ā No apology for or concern that customers are being told something that is apparently not true.
Look, if two hours is not an accurate window of time to get results, fine, I understand , just BE UPFRONT AND HONEST AND TELL ME THAT. If the fact that it is Sunday delays the ānormalā 2 hours window, that is also more than understandable, but again, JUST SAY SO, before I assume what I am told to be true and plan accordingly. As I alluded to above, I would at least hope that there would be some degree of concern that literature and employees are telling customers things that are not true, but this did not seem to be the case.

Today was the last straw. I was being followed by several employees to each isle. One was a black lady with purple hair and then a white guy. This is the 3rd incident where I've been very uncomfortable shopping there. There was an incident where they actually announced for security to walk the floor while I was looking at makeup! I was approached by two women...a Hispanic woman stood next to me the entire time pretending to work before I was even approached! I was told by some bald black lady with glasses that I couldn't open the foundation but I was encouraged by an EMPLOYEE to test it on my skin!
My teenaged children have had the same experiences. This is harassment! They've walked out upset. No one wants to be followed to every isle, being chatted about and perceived as a thief.
Then...there's this older black lady with a blondish color hair who is VERY RUDE. I've witnessed her talk about customers after they walk away to other customers! Very rude and unprofessional. I've actually complained about her nasty attitude and I was told that it's because of her old age š
I'm taking my money elsewhere. It's a shame because the location is very convenient. I'll be returning to collect names so that I could report these people to corporate.
