I ordered original birria dipping tacos which were supposed to be made with goat 1/7/2022. They have a sign that says check your order before you leave because there are no returns or exchanges once you leave out the door. I had ordered the same goat birria dipping tacos 1/4/2022 and checked my order then and it was correct, but on 1/7/2022 I was tired and did not feel like undoing the knot they put in the bag. Well, I got home 1/7/2022 and my dipping tacos were made with chicken which were not good and I paid $11.99 for the 3 tacos! So check your order every time! But also I hold them accountable for purposely giving me the wrong stuff! If you don’t have the material in stock for what is ordered, tell the customer and let the customer decide if they still want it. New younger girl rubbed me the wrong way. I come in and stand at the register, she looks at me walks past, washes her hands for awhile, comes up to the register then changes her mind and tends to the customer behind me of Mexican descent. I wanted to ask her why did she think that was okay if she seen I was here first and had been waiting.. that’s rude but I just kept it professional. For the second time in less than two months, I have called in an order of shrimp tacos and reiterated at least twice that EVERYTHING should be on them and then they confirmed exactly what the everything was and I said “YES” only to get home and open my food containers to tortillas and shrimp! Tonight was the final straw. I ordered the shrimp tacos and my stepson ordered steak tacos and they gave him BEEF instead! I am fuming!
