Really wanted to try this pizza today. It’s Friday, 12/27/24. Just left this establishment. Horrible service. I called at 5:30pm asked the young lady if they had veggie and or sausage slices available for me to grab and go. She says they’re making them fresh now and they will be ready in 15 minutes. I said perfect, I’m on my way, I was across the street having my nails done. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:00pm, 30mns. After she told me pizza will be ready in 15mns. When I arrived, young lady did not welcome me at all, but said I’ll be right with u. Now, keep in mind, this is a brand new establishment. She had me waiting so long after coming in from the rain, waiting and waiting, to the point I had to call out for service. All of a sudden, she appears, I begin to request an order per our phone conversation, she begins to tell me that it will take about 15 to 20 mns more, but that’s not what u just said over the phone, then she go on to say well we’re busy! I TURNED AND WENT STRAIGHT OUT THE DOOR! UNACCEPTABLE! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! MISLEADING AND FALSE INFORMATION ON THEIR PRODUCT! ABSOLUTELY NO, I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO PATRONIZE THIS...

Best pizza place I have EVER been to. Usually I love Giordano's because it's a Chicago classic, but Dozeli blows them out of the park. Everyone is nice and friendly and they make sure your pizza is FRESH!!!! and not just sitting in a heater. Even if you order a slice, they make sure that it's nice and hot. The crust is perfect, there's not too much sauce or too much cheese, and they have more variety. I can't wait to try everything else...
