I went in this evening to pay for gas. No one was at the counter. I waited for quite a while and finally a woman came out of the bathroom. I asked if she worked there and she replied with "what do you want?" I explained I had been waiting and by the time she went behind the counter my boyfriend had already payed for gas at the pump. I attempted to let her know I no longer needed to pay and she looked out the window and refused to look at me. I asked if she heard me and she continued to ignore me. Stopped in this afternoon and the woman (shorter hispanic woman) was sitting down behind the counter. She seemed angry and asked for my ID (buying tobacco) I showed her a photo of my ID and she asked that I zoom in to my birthdate. I did. She then just looked at me and I asked if she’d please ring me up. She screamed at me “HOW?! I need to see an ID” then she ripped the paper off the wall, slammed it against the glass and continued to scream at me. She said “YOURE NOT MEXICAN YOU KNOW BETTER!” Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. I left. I live a short distance from Jenny's Market and unfortunately I go there a lot out of convenience. There are a few employees that are terrible at their job. If I see these particular employees working I will go to another store. When something in the store isn't working, which is often, they don't let you know until after you've brought all the stuff to the cashier. The customer service is horrible and they make you feel that you're bothering them. Please, please train the employees how to...
