Edit 7/11/25: I was contacted by the “Management Company” in response to my review below. I sent an email to the email address listed at 10:55 PM on July 7th. At 6:41 AM on July 8th I received a reply from Robyn from the “management company” requesting information on which store and brand I wrote a bad review for. I responded at 11:59 AM July 8th with the requested information and have not heard a peep since even though I’ve sent two follow up emails. The store also did not even bother to cancel the transaction for the pizza they decided wasn’t worth delivering including the preemptive tip! I had to file a claim with my bank today to even get that process started. So much for Blackjack or the management company wanting to resolve the issue I guess.
Original review: Ordered a pizza and was quoted a 60 minute delivery. I always give detailed instructions on delivery because my apartment complex layout is really bad. After 75 minutes I called the store and was told the driver couldn’t deliver because no one answered the door. My phone number is on file with them and has been for eight months. Read moreSo after going back to Florida, I had missed Blackjack Pizza so much, it was unreal. Dominoes, Papa John's and Pizza Hut can not even compare to Blackjack's pizza. The day me and my dad first got back into town, I had to order blackjack pizza, it came in a timely but quick manner, so I decided to tip both cash and on my card. Blackjack pizza has always taken care of me and my family when I order my pizza and also order my couple cups of ranch too. I usually save the rest of my pizza for leftovers and use the rest of my ranch that I order to enjoy the taste of the pizza again. I always had the issue at the other pizza companies with even getting triple cheese and it still wasn't enough to my liking, so I decided to try extra cheese on a pizza one time, it was my mistake to do that but it made me love Blackjack Pizza even more. In order for me to grab a slice, I had to go back and cut the cheese because it was so thick, it was awesome! I've never had that much cheese on a pizza and I was in absolute heaven! I definitely recommend this to anyone who is wanting to get a pizza in a timely manner and to experience the great taste of their pizza they have compared to the other pizza companies. Read moreUPDATE: We see that Blackjack opted to not respond to our post, so we contacted VISA and successfully disputed the charges for two recent orders. Full credit for both orders have been posted to our account. This is what happens when the business opts to ignore serious issues rather than resolve them and preserve relationships with customers. We won't be back.
We've contacted the store 3 times and submitted the Contact Us form on the Blackjack website, yet no one has followed up with us about a problem with your rewards program. It very much seems like the business doesn't care while you are out to deceive the public with your rewards program then screw loyal customers. What does it take for someone at the store or corporate to finally get involved to restore our points and rewards? We updated our email address on our long existing Blackjack online account, which completely wiped out all of current points, as well as the rewards we previously earned but had not used.
