Marshalls — Local services in Thousand Oaks

As much as I love Marshalls and shopping at Marshalls, this one was a really different feel...from the moment I walked in it just didn't seem like a marshalls, it was lacking style and color, all the clothes in the womens dept were awful! Terrible selection of items.....it's like the whole store was one of those really cheap clearance racks where everything is marked way down and u can see why !! Maybe it just didn't go with my personal taste I don't know but this Marshalls specifically in my opinion was a let down. Oh and the prices were way too high!! You cant just have a bunch of ugly stuff in a messy environment and expect it to sell for top dollar!! I'm so sorry to be saying this about u Marshalls!! But I'm sure it could be as simple as changing who your buyer is or who's in charge of keeping the store up.....or maybe u don't have a person doing that and u need to hire one!! I loved the great service there! Ladies there are very professional. There was a huge misunderstanding on the phone when I called ahead before heading to the store, but once I was there a young lady named Kimberly made-up for the whole inconvenience. She also informed me about taking a survey wich I will take asap. Kimberly is sure a huge asset to that property and that company overall...
