Delicious smoothies but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Walked in around 12pm last week and the guy working says to me, " it will be 30 minutes for a smoothie." There was only one other girl waiting for her order and one kid in front of me so I figured it wouldn't take that long. The guy working was alone and was not afraid to show how upset and irritated he was. He was slamming everything he touched and kept telling people 30-40 minutes as they would line up. When I finally got to the counter, I ordered a green goddess and all he said to me was, "30 minutes." It was ready in 10. I believe he was only doing this to get customers to leave. Then yesterday I went in around 10:10am and the door was open but the lights were off. I walked in the back but no one was there. Very disappointed for a new and desirable smoothie shop in town. I placed an online order at 2:58pm on a Thursday afternoon, pickup was scheduled for 3:10pm. I was in a time crunch and had my dog with me waiting in the car so I was hoping to grab a smoothie and go. Someone had placed a large order (10 drinks) and there were only two employees working so they were overwhelmed. I watched multiple people walk in, order, and receive their orders while I was waiting. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I walked up to the counter and explained the situation. The employee apologized and then prepared my order which was ready at 3:41pm. I understand people make mistakes but unfortunately I had a bad experience during my first time visiting...

In love! I’ve waited months for this location. It’s finally open and I no longer have to travel to Encino near my in laws for smoothie greatness. The other day I ordered my favorite - The Queen of Greens with a fat burner and protein supplement and the “juice concierge” told me to download the app and sign up for rewards. The WiFi in the shopping complex wasn’t working so she gave me her phone! What service! I ordered a Nuts about Protein smoothie for my husband and yes we are hooked! I want to try the Amazon Bowls - this place beats Sun Life Organics and their wait time, prices and demeanor rule! Love it!...
