I just filed a complaint with the manager against one of the Starbucks employees, who was terribly rude with me in front of other two customers. The only thing I did wrong, it was that I took someone else's coffee by mistake. Instead of just taking and redoing it, she got really upset and started scolding me in front of others. I apologized, but it was not enough for her. I left my drink and sandwich, which I paid for, because I felt very bad. For employees like her it's time to start to understand that they have their job because of us, customers, and little smile on the face will not hurt them and will not ruin other's day. The kid wanted to scoop off the whipped cream(which loses some of the drink along with it) and I asked him again to make me a new one.
