Sorry to give a two star. Ron was very helpful my first time in. But today (Oct. 1) I came in for help with an antenna cable. The clerk was busy over her computer with a customer who had some sort of billing problem. After 5 minutes, she looked up and asked what I wanted then said to look on the far wall. I did to no avail. Went back and waited some more. Then her colleague came back from lunch and she enlisted him in the billing problem. No attention to me. I simmered but you’re the only store in the area so waited another 10 minutes. Finally, when I could take no more of being ignored, I left saying I’d been waiting (at least) 15 minutes. No reply from either. Very rude, esp with two clerks there and me wanting to spend money. These two need some training in...

My Z Flip 4 got the black screen of death & was unusable. In desperation, I went to Tillamook Electronics to see if they could help. Even though phones are not their normal venue, both Val & Jesse dropped everything to try to fix it. Jesse essentially jump started the phone & my screen came back. Being an issue with the hinge, I am not able to flip it, however, I am able to retrieve the info stored & can transfer to a new phone. They refused to charge me which was very kind. omg called looking for a power supply for a zenbook, guy who answered said they had a universal power supply for all "lab tops". I asked him if it had a 4mm plug he said he didn't know. I asked if he could look at the packaging and see if it said it had a 4mm plug. He said No all "lab tops" are different just bring it in and we will see if any of the plugs fit. lab top LOL 1 star...
