Baltimore Granite Direct — Local services in Timonium

My experience with Baltimore Granite Direct could not have been better. My wife and I went to browse their selection and my wife found a slab that she loved. She wanted me to order it right away. The salesman recommended that we go home and talk it over. He could have pressured us and signed us right away. They are not about pressure sales. It was awesome! The selection, price, installation, and customer service was absolutely the best. A few weeks after the installation I noticed a small fissure. They were immediately responsive and fixed the fissure perfectly. I can't even see it any more. I sent them an email with a picture, and they responded right away. I didn't get back to them for about a month and they reached out again to schedule the repair. They could have just said, "Oh well, he didn't respond." Probably one of the first businesses I have called lately that a person actually answers the phone and then that person actually cares and wants to help you .They are all very knowledgeable so it doesn’t matter which employee answers.
