I went to Jim's Steaks at the Philadelphia International Airport I happen to work there. This is a new establishment and I decided to try their food as I have frequented Jim's Steaks outside the airport in the city. The customer service by the manager was extremely rude, she got upset when I asked her to finely chop up my steak. She began yelling, telling me that she will cook my food the way she wanted to. Not only was she rude but she had no hair net on. She went on to tell me that she had been at work since 8 a.m. it was 8:42 pm when I decided to get this cheesesteak as I hadn't eaten all day. Her mistreatment towards me was humiliating and embarrassing. I have never in all my life been treated with such disrespect by someone who was preparing my food.
