Smashburger — Restaurant in Tinicum Township

Burger was good and fries. All the food was hot. No cheap $34 for burger, large fries, 3 pc tenders and large drink. The lady at the counter was nice. Service was pretty slow which is not good for an airport environment! The man there was a little grumpy and he would not a refill on our drink! 34$ bones and not one refill on drinks??? And too much ice! Come on smash burger-you can do better customer service -learn from...

Absolutely horrible customer service. Wasn't listening, input wrong items -- not the only one with this issue as others had incorrect orders input as well with items missing. Needs more training or firing.

As for food, items I had were good as most other smashburger locations, but limited menu compared to the location in Concourse B/C connector. Go there if you have the extra 10 min...

Beware, they are getting bad reviews taken down.

I ate here departing out of PHL and for the next six hours on the plane I had explosive bloody diarrhea. The food tasted off and I totally regret eating here

Don't recommend rolling the dice and eating here.

I also had similar complaints about the staff ignoring you and slow service, but food poisoning...
