I have an over the phone experience only.

I called them locally to order flowers for my daughter I live over an hour away. They delivered at her workplace. I always recommend calling personally or ordering on line directly for your floral needs. I encourage friends and family to not use wire services.

I was greeted by a very friendly and pleasant associate who listened and took my order, answered questions. My transaction was handle warmly and efficiently.

My daughter raved about her bouquet and it made her day! Sending flowers is a wonderful way to say express feelings and this arrangement did just that. Just because you are special..we are very proud of our daughter.

The arrangement was full and colorful! Very pretty fresh flowers were used. Perfect color combination the designer did great. Really loved the Gerber daisies! It was in the $45-$50 range. Very reasonable! Deliver was only $5 which was a very nice price point for the service.

A couple of months ago my husband passed. A friend in Nashville TN sent me flowers through Rhonda at The Empty Vase. They were absolutely stunning. A few days later a friend of my daughter’s in Kokomo sent her flowers through Rhonda at The Empty Vase, a wondrous all-white arrangement . A week ago we held my husband’s Celebration of Life. Rhonda created three arrangements using art glass vases my husband and I collected, plus a wreath arrangement surrounding and highlighting his urn. It’s difficult to find words that describe the spectacular beauty and creativity these arrangements displayed. Honestly, her talent and presentations are highest quality, of the kind I would expect to find in a big city.
