YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY!! The first month I called with a problem they sent someone out and addressed the problem and all was well. That is the end of any kind of good experience with this company. I can call EVERY SINGLE DAY SEVERAL TIMES A DAY and NO ONE EVER answers the phone. In a week or two If someone decides to return the call they conveniently can't answer my question or thats someone else's department and someone will have to get back with me. I would hate to think if it would be an actual serious problem with an oxygen machine or piece of equipment. I call and leave messages where is my bill? Do I have a bill? Nothing. Then I'm paying bills to them for something else and now they are sticking bills in my invoice for 6 and 8 months ago with an invoice number but doesn't say at all what its for. And surprise surprise no one answers the phone or returns my call! And going in to their office does not change a thing except they let you stand there not even acknowledging you when they finally do tell you someone will be right with you which you can see and hear behind glass 10 feet in front of you laughing and talking about their weekend and what their kid did at school etc and making a phone call all while you stand there almost 15 more minutes being ignored !!! Then someone comes out and surprise surprise again no one is there that can answer that and someone will call me that afternoon....... NO CALL BACK. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! IT IS A JOKE! The ONLY reason I am still having ANY form of dealing with them is because they are the ONLY medical supply company in BREVARD COUNTY that my mother's Medicare plan uses. I am now in the process of switching her insurance. If you dont want headache after headache and worry about getting service if something happens with your equipment or you need an answer to an important question right away RUN. Read moreIm a patient with Muscular Dystrophy , It hurts me to give Mr.Segos company a 1 star review, because he helped me get my wheelchair when my old one was close to its end and Mr.Sego made sure I got my new chair quickly but after that things went WAYYYY downhill from there. The reason for my 1 star review is because the equipment manager Joe doesnt know how to do his job.. Maybe hes a family friend or something and that's why hes the manager.. The reason why I say that is because the very first day I got my wheelchair I mentioned my consurn regarding the cushion and how hard they were and that I also needed a back mold that would fill in the gaps when reclined. I waited 5 months only for them to do a FAILED science project in my garage.. I never got new seat cushion and they did the foam mold as I was sitting , not as I was reclined ...not to mention it was as hard as a rock and didnt get softer like he said , actually got harder.... He told me to let him know how I liked it and if I didnt like it he'll put the old one back , when I mentioned it just felt like a hard bulge and I wanted to have my old back on , the ladies do their job and give joe the message but he continues to brush it off and continues to leave me in a uncomfortable situation . ..Theyve been telling him for 2 weeks straight and now that my insurance was randomly switched they want nothing to do with me and have my wheelchair in a unacceptable condition, I even offered to pay for the service call to take this bulge off my chair... still getting the go around from them.
Mr.Sego is a very nice guy but beware of his employee. I can tell you with confidence Joe DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS.
Mr.Sego as a person is a 5 star guy but it's not about the owner it's about the people who are the back bones of the company and that's why I gave the lowest...
Read moreI really wanted to avoid leaving this review but after 4 months and no response from this company and the endless phone calls and messages I have left, I'm hoping this reaches someone and helps others avoid the terrible experience I have had. After I received my medical supplies from Segos, they have completely ghosted me. I was able to talk to Lynn a few times back in July regarding compliance with my medical equipment but every time I call now, no one answers. I have left countless messages with no return call. I need to talk to the billing department because they are billing an old insurance that is no longer active. I brought this to Lynn's attention back in July and she told me that she would pass a message along to the billing department to call me back (which is not her responsibility but she was kind and doing me a favor). This was after I had already left the billing department 2 messages. It is now December, and at least 10 more messages have been left and I have yet to receive a call back. I called again on Dec. 2nd as a final attempt and was finally able to speak to someone named Sabrina, who told me she would bring this to her supervisors attention but they were out of the office and would call me back that following Monday. But it's been over a week now and still no call. I would just go to the location and try to speak with someone in person, but the last time I walked in without an appointment, the employee working the front desk was extremely rude to me and barely made eye contact and treated me as if I was a nuisance. So, I'd rather not walk into an environment where I'm not welcomed. I would not recommend family or friends to use this company after my experience.
