Seller beware, you may not be paid. What started as a great experience did not end with a positive note. My Aunt had passed away and I took many high quality (some never worn) name brand clothing items as well other household items. As I live out of state Carrie assured me I would not need to return to collect money owed me. When the consignment term ended Carrie was to send me a check which never happened (this was promised twice). I made multiple phone calls which were never answered as well a emails and texts. The amount owed is not great and I will not be affected by the loss of this money; however, a reputable establishment should pay all debts no matter how small. I still have a record of all attempts made to collect the money owed me. I am now only giving this business a 1 star. I responded to their request for making sure I receive payment via all ways possible, supplying my contact information. As from the beginning of this experience Carrie was made aware that I do not have Venmo or PayPal accounts. How difficult can it be to simply write a check for the owed amount and send it USPS? This only proves to me Carrie does not...

Before they relocated to the Garden ST location they were wonderful-- answered the phone, great service for consignees & buyers. Now they don't return calls, answer emails & 3 times I've driven to the shop have on a Saturday between 11am & 1pm. and they were closed. No notes on the door about why....
