Terrible experience would WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!Had the lash lift/ tint. My cheeks were on FIRE for 3 days & my eyes were almost SWOLLEN SHUT for 2!!! Called to make them aware...management's solution, they offered me a complimentary eye tint. Who would want to go back for another eye "TREATMENT" after that ordeal? Almost a week later & I still have red, puffy cheeks!!WARNING:keep in mind this is managements "TREATMENT" of their clients if a problem arises!! TERRIBLE!! This part is an addition to my initial review. First I DID tell the girl that it felt uncomfortable at the time it was happening. I thought maybe it would pass... it lessen a bit, but was still there. I have the pictures that have a time stamp on them. I NEVER SAID that it happened a few days later...as matter of fact I told Destiny that when I got out to my car, directly afterward it was irritated & pink. I don't know who is twisting this story? I didnt yell. I was direct @ the lack of concern....hence the frustration. I was asked " why didnt you call the next day (Saturday)? What would you of done about it then? I had to work all day. To make the statement that I must have done something is COMPLETELY Ridiculous! I HAVE TIMED STAMPED PICTURES!! THE ONES I SENT YOU. Also, would you want to come back in after your face was on fire for 3 days for another chance to have that happen again? Makes no sence. As for your statement that someone just wants to take advantage of a small business....hardly the case. I just think that you should be willing to refund an amount, given it didnt work & caused a problem, not offer to do it to a person AGAIN. I HAVE TIME DATE STAMPED PICTURES as well as the conversation recorded, to prove that you are saying FALSE statements in your post.YOU have my # please call me at YOUR convenience. If they make a mistake they will not own up to it, you will not get to speak to an actual manager, and you definitely won’t receive a refund. I came up here for a relaxing facial, I got the complete opposite, they used products on my face that I know for a fact were not for someone who has sensitive skin, they lit my face on fire!!! I experienced extreme burning and instead of taking the product off of me after I told her that it was burning she left it on me and just applied another product. This is a huge no, you never do that if you use something on your face that causes discomfort you should remove immediately as it can damage your skin, I now have peeling on my face and a rash in several places also skin feels rough where I received chemical burns. I called to let them know the manager was supposed to call, but she did not instead her assistant did which I found really unprofessional, they were highly aware that I had sensitive skin. Instead of admitting that they messed up and did not use proper products on me they say they don’t know what happened as they used products for sensitive skin. These products were extremely high in fragrance to be sensitive products. Also she was 30 min late calling me back, and felt like she rushed the whole time. They offered me a 10% discount on next visit, but I told them won’t be a next visit this was a horrible experience. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a facial at Spa Salon Anastasia and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene and welcoming. I was offered tea or coffee.

The esthetician was exceptional. The products used were of the highest quality, and I could feel the benefits immediately. One of the many highlights was the mini massage!

Post-facial, my skin has never looked better. It’s clearer, smoother, and has a noticeable radiance.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves and achieve beautiful, healthy skin. I’ll definitely be returning for another...
