The positives of this place is that the employees are helpful and friendly. However, I have frequently encountered the problem of the employees talking amongst themselves and with customers in very loud voices. This is very distracting to me as I come to the library frequently to study. I think it's great that they are so friendly, but if they could just whisper while they do it, I could concentrate better. I was always taught to whisper in a library, and it seems like basic knowledge to me that librarians would also possess. Also, a man's cell phone rang loudly several times, but no one told him to silence it. I think they should put up signs stating the need to silence cell phones, and then to verbally address it if someone's cell phone is ringing...
