I have rented with them for the last year.(bedroom set, refrigerator, laptop and living room set) When they delivered my brand new fridge it was dented all up from them dropping it. But I still was charged for the price of a brand new set. I also was told I would get money off a living room set I set up to be delivered which never happened. When they brought my furniture they only had one guy brining it in and told me I would need to find help to deliver it. Then I had a accident which I had multiple fractures and I needed to have surgery and off work for a few weeks. He somehow helps you feel comfortable when in an emergency situation (ex. your refrigerator quit running out of no where🤦‍♀️).
