I used to be a loyal customer of this place, they have a point system (if you buy from them a lot you get points and the points turn into credit) and the owner would lie and make up things about the point system, we had $8 credit, we wanted to use and the owner screamed at us aggressively and said there is no $8 credit, furthermore they got our order wrong which he made us pay extra for to get what we wanted, we also found hair in our poke bowls, and the salmon that they use in those poke bowls is old and discolored, we ended up having the salmon bowls and it gave us food poisoning. Wait is long. Customer service is bad. Owner is rude. The worst establishment to go too, we will never be back... as will our connected family and friends. Response to your response: I will go in point order so you can understand. We had only purchased 2 drinks that came to $6.75, we had $8 store credit, which covered both the drinks. ($8 credits is from 1400 points) We asked if we could use the left over of the $8 store credits to purchase a strawberry Muffin and you said no, we paid $2.50 for that. (I can post receipts if you like sir) It was stated that we wanted a chocolate tea milk cap, you and your team got it wrong and you got upset and asked if it was stated, that we wanted a milk cap. (Maybe you should check your footage), also you made us pay $1 for that. (Again, I can show you receipts) That poke bowl incident was sometime back, I'm just stating all of my experiences with you guys, we never brought the poke bowl back and complained. We didn't complain about getting ill either, so I don't know who's 90% poke bowl you were talking about. We should have never kept giving this establishment chances, this proves it... the lies you tell.

Read morePerhaps it was a rough day for R&B, but we were not impressed. We ordered 2 drinks on the self order system, a lychee milk tea and a taro smoothie. I received a text quoting a 10min wait time. After 10 minutes, I received what I imagine was an auto text stating our drinks were ready. In fact, our drinks were not ready until another 15 minutes had passed. Yes, 25 minutes for 2 drinks. While we waited, we were "entertained" by a fairly loud group towards the back of the establishment. We could hear, quite clearly, their conversations, expletives and all. We also noticed an employee preparing food orders, quick, efficient, gloved. But then she addressed an alert or notification of some sort from the register area with the gloved hands and went right back to prepping her items. Yikes.
My niece thought her milk tea was standard. It had ok flavor, but it needed to be stirred or shaken better. My smoothie was more ice chips than smoothie, though it had good flavor. We both got basic tapioca boba and agreed they were cooked well, good texture and consistency.
Overall, I paid $14, including tip, for drinks that took 25 minutes to make and ended up being...
Read moreThis is my second time having poke so I didnt know what to expect, but ordering at the kiosk they had was kind of confusing, just the layout of the menu. I came in with my brother we ordered similar items, after we ordered we waited about 15 minutes. he got his drink first, we waited another 30 minutes, he got his food. 10 minutes later they called out my order but not my milk tea, it had been forgotten. There were also no forks when I got my food (but i was helped by someone frantically trying to find me a fork.) But they made it immediately for me as soon as I brought it up so I'm not upset. The food itself was very good! In fact it makes up for almost waiting an hour for food. I will be back I will just be ordering ahead. The poke bowl of course is amazing but so was the sushi burrito. The staff are friendly, the food is great but the wait is just so long. Kind of a bummer. Now I dont want to be unfair, they did have several door dash orders and one was very large (15 food items and 16 drinks) But still I'm glad i had the day off and was not trying to come here on my lunch break. Will be back again...
