For a local shop I used to frequent, I do not recommend it to anyone anymore. This afternoon I can only assume my siblings and I were profiled for our age and were followed by a sale associate the entirety of our visit. Never have I ever had an attendant 3 steps behind me (while she was on her phone, and staring off when acknowledged). When I finally had enough and asked, “why?” I was told it’s their “customer service protocol”. Even my 9 year old brother did not believe that. Like I said, I’ve spent too much money on their overpriced, used records to believe their less than ideal sales tactics. However, the gold purse I bought for a special occasion ,came apart ( 18.00 $) that night ,at my sons wedding . My friends and I purchased some really nice thing too .. I bought a gold and diamond ring( not really diamonds) and a gold ring and a lapel rose . I will glue the purse back together. I have purchased a miniature tea set, a one of a kind chandelier lamp, and many more "no regrets" kind of purchases. The staff are very friendly and aren't shy to start conversation, making you feel valued there. The prices here aren't too high, you can find many things here for less than $10.
