I have been a customer of Uncle Bob's Storage/ Life Storage for two years and during that time most (98%) of my interaction has been with Ms. Stephanie McFarland. Every time I called or walked in Ms. Stephanie has always been pleasant and professional with me. She knows the ins and outs of running a storage facility and how to treat customers with respect and honesty. Those two skills are hard to find in any business now-a-days. I know that when I call or drop in that Ms. Stephanie & Uncle Bob's Storage (Life Storage) will treat me like a valuable customer. Wish I could put a lower review. Don’t know where to begin. Been using this facility for many years. We’ve had someone cut power cords on multiple RVs including ours approximately 4-5yrs ago. Then another time when the facility was getting remodeled we had someone break into our RV and take TVs, Batteries and other items. Then now we’ve moved the RV and had a utility trailer there for a while. OH GUESS WHAT ITS STOLEN! This facility lacks security! If you would like to keep your items here make sure you have insurance. It’s sad after approximately 10yrs this place is going down hill. Employees clock in and just collect money. It should be rounds done every morning and if someone unit is unsecured or item is gone someone should confirm if it was done by the customer by checking to see if their code was used....

We moved into a 3200 square foot rental after living in a 4600 square foot rental and needed someplace to store the items the kids would be taking & that we didn't have room for in the meantime. It turned into one of the kids using the space as well, and then another, as the items moved around to whomever needed/wanted what in the THREE YEARS we kept the space. Although they could never figure out why WE couldn't utilize the online autopay feature, they were gracious about calling us to remind us until we set up the bank to auto-send a check out...
