PANDORA Jewelry — Local services in Toms River

I was in a few weeks ago to buy something for my mom's braclet and start one for my sister. I've been in this store a few times and never had an issue always had the same lady who was amazing. But this trip I had a difference woman and I dont think I've ever been more frustrated or upset in a store. She acted like I was going to steal everything. Wouldn't show me anything outside of the book. When o saw something in the case and asked if it was a certain animal she didnt even look at what I was talking about before completing disregarding my want to see it and telling me it was another animal when I could clearly see that it was the animal I wanted. She wouldn't even place the charms in the little glass topped section so I could look at them she only showed me what she thought my family would like. But then it gets worse. I asked politely to see the safety chains. My mom loves hers so I figured my sister would as well. The sales lady refused to show them to me. Telling me i needed the locks not the safety chain. After about 5 minutes of trying to get her to show me the safety chain and her refusing i had to sternly tell her that i wanted to see them and that I personally dont think my sister would care if her charms were centered. She wouldn't listen to anything I wanted and insulted my taste on what I wanted for my family as well as acted as if I couldn't afford to shop there. If by chance I go back to this location to shop I hope I dont have to deal with her again. I understand I look young and yes I look a little bumish when I go shopping there (I'm a nurse and work overnights then go shopping) but that didn't effect the kind of service...

Well my experience was really WORSE, as soon as I entered to the store nobody even greeting me or said something, like ghost come in. I understand they was busy with customers, but even to said “We will be you soon” or something like “Hi”, Good Afternoon”. well nothing I saw how the sales person finish her sale, wrap all the customer shopping nice in a Pandora Shopping Bag with tissue. After that she decided to looked at me and said Can I help You? I was getting the safe clip for one of my 4 Pandora Bracelets paid for it and she asked my if I want it on my bracelet I reply YES . The lady she just leave the pandora box for my clip. naked not in a shopping back with tissue. nothing I have to leave the store with the pandora box cover with carton box on my hand. I asked her if she can also clean all them up. She look at me rolling her eyes like I was annoying her. I almost walked away she was rude, nasty & mean. In the mean time she started nasty removed some charms that I had in the Bracelet of course Not Pandora (I got from a friend she went to Venezia). So I started to removed the charms from my other bracelets she said why did you put all out??, I was confused She said removed the charms. I don’t get it she mean the Not Pandora One’s well In the process to get all my charms back I was collecting all to arrange my Bracelets at home and unlucky me I lost one of my spacers charm between furniture at the store, they “try” to get it back for me, but that’s it. They couldn’t my lost. They didn’t do nothing to replace the spacer. Horrible customer service. At the and they clean all my bracelets and give them back to my on...

Charm by charm, change by change — they were patient, creative, and incredible throughout the whole process.
