I agree its a great idea. My youngest daughter and i did bracelets back in june maybe May anyway mine broke right away and im not at all rough with jewelry. I went back several times to try and get it fixed within the 30 days as i do not live too close to the mall and each time i went it was closed not realizing they have different hours. Now my 13 year old has gone all summer beach pool hot tubs showers and hers is fine. So i finally get there thinking they can just reweld it and of course i didn’t mind paying the $15 but then they said it broke at the little gem part so we can just reweld the chain not realizing without my pink charm so that would of cost another $25 i was kinda annoyed i feel the least you can do is give me the extender or whatever its called not charge another $25 on top of the $15 on top of originally what i paid for it. Permanent not so permanent after it brakes within a month. Anyway my daughters is fine but she just has the chain no charm or anything. And I definitely know its not really “permanent “ but could of at least given me my charm now this this has cost more than if i went and bought a nice bracelet. Little confused why they turned down my business, I wanted to have an heirloom charm I brought in permanently linked to a necklace, but the employee said they wouldn't work on anything that didn't come from the store. The store was empty and employee looked bored, so perhaps time for a policy change? I would have happily signed a waiver, as is I keep dropping the charm because I'm using non fused crimp links from Michaels and Amazon to hold it together. I'm not local and was on the road, been looking for a fused jewelry place for some time to help make a permanent fix.
