1st time here, and probably the last. The food was good, no complaints about that. My main issue is with the pricing. After choosing your salad (create your own) with 5 toppings. You find out that cheese is extra, bread is extra, and there aren't many toppings to choose from. You have to place your order from a kiosk and pay with a card. If you want to pay cash, you have to go to the counter and fill out a form, and check the boxes of your choice. They will bring your food to you, which is fine. The limited choice of toppings is my biggest issue, not to mention the price. It was almost $16 for a salad because I wanted other choices as toppings. They charge you for everything. Sorry, at Saladworks, there are a lot more toppings to choose from, and they don't charge you for bread. They also mix the salad, which Salad House didn't do. So, to mix the dressing in the salad became quite messy. The decor is bare bones but clean. The service was friendly. Again, my main issue was lack of toppings, the way to place an order, you can not see the toppings (like Saladworks), and the up charge for extras that Saladworks gives for free. It was too expensive for my taste. Sorry, it's...

The staff seemed to be calling names for only in-store placed orders while many app-store purchasers were also...
Read moreLet me begin with the food was fair I expected a lot better for the price… I got the teriyaki bowl and chicken Caesar- The teriyaki is more looks than it is taste and the rice wasn’t cook through and the sauce is bland 3/10 . The Caesar was well portioned I’d say they do better with “ salads” more than any of the extra menu items .. the portions are great and large but all dressings that come with the salads are in so small containers so definitely keep that in mind . Staff were 5/10 couldn’t answer questions about menu items and weren’t friendly …! If you just want a salad definitely the way to go but for a rice bowl or wrap definitely wouldn’t say this place is a “...
