Looking at the genuine reviews of others on here and they aren't wrong and it's definitely genuine. How disgusting are they to even respond with such rude comments and to retaliate on their scamming and theft-like behaviors.

We get you're a business but be honest when working with real people to say "sorry our business doesn't own that kind of money to pay off for such jewlery", give reference on where to go, and call it a day. It's understandable that you need to upsell, it is a business... but you guys out right scam.

I tried selling a $18,000 customized jewlery that I have GIA certifications for and they wanted to pay me $100 for it. Are you out of your literal minds?

I know about gemstones and gold from the back of my right hand. I asked them what the product was and they couldn't even identify it with their own eyes. Then I asked them what they believe the value to be and they said "ehh.. $100???".

Then I came and gave them other jewlery in a bundle to see their response. "I can give you $100 for all of this!" That bundle had 18k gold, diamonds, sapphires, jades, pearls...

Seriously these people are a joke. If you don't care about selling what you have and it's literal garbage by all means sell it to them.

Don't sell your high end valuables.

THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD OUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND INFORMATION!

My girlfriend had mistakenly sold my work laptop to this place instead of my personal laptop. The same day I had called and spoken to the manager whose name is Adam. He told me that he would hold the laptop until I got my paycheck. When I called them to make sure they still had it, the woman told me that they never hold anything without a deposit put down on it and that it was sold. They simply lied to me. I made it very clear to Adam that this laptop had my customers' social security numbers, names, and addresses along with other personal and confidential information, and he gave me his word that it would not be sold. They KNOWINGLY sold OVER A HUNDRED people's social security numbers and personal information after they told me they would not sell the laptop. I cannot believe the lies and most disrespectful customer service from these greedy animals. All they care...

If There was 10 stars I would give them a 10 star rating!! This is to greatest group of People I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with in my time of need . During the pandemic they Helped me a few times. They gave me fare prices ( top dollar)and the last time they gave me more than what the stuff was worth So I could deal with whatever problem I had to. Great group of people pleasure to do business with I would recommend them to everybody and anybody if you want a straight honest upbeat atmosphere where people treat you with respect and do the right thing and have human compassion, There is no better place then fast cash in Silverton..
