One Special Evening — Local services in Toms River

Was here for a wedding in October were I was a bridesmaid, I have waited to write this review because at the time I was so upset with them. Now months later I am still beyond frustrated with the events of this shop. They were beyond disorganized. Did a third of the alterations on my dress which at that point I took it home because it was two weeks before the wedding and I was busy. They had the bride in the shop for THREE hours the day before her wedding rushing to do alterations. She left and cried in the car from stress and frustration They had decided on these alterations in June and it was now October. They put the wrong name tag on my dress in front of my eyes, and I went to correct the lady. She told me I was wrong. I repeated that she just put the wrong name tag on my dress and after insisting 3 times, she finally checked and realized she in fact did. They asked one of the girls if she put on weight since we ordered the dresses in 8 months prior( they ordered her the wrong size ) she in no way gained 3 dress sizes amount of weight. Linda is the most talented seamstress!! When I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress I was so surprised when it arrived 3 days later! I had a few months for the wedding & every time I went for my fitting I lost more weight & Linda had more tucking to do. She was always gracious & accommodating with each adjustment! Both employees we dealt with were not very friendly. We bought our dresses at a different store, and when we went for our first fitting, they gave us a bit of an attitude about not buying the dresses from them.
