Whomever keeps answering phone calls need customer service etiquette. If I'm on my way, I try to order ahead then to wait a lifetime for an order. Last time ocalled, they hung up on me. Today, same girl, was talking bad about me and didn't have the decency of placing me on hold while she complained to another worker how bad I sounded. If you have connection issues with someone, let them know than telling another soul, "she sounds like she's under water". This way, it gives me a chance to remove you from speaker phone than to listen to you complain?

Called in an order to Jewel tonight, specifically asked if there was a cost difference between getting 2-2oz salsas or a 6oz cup to make it easier and she said none so I went ahead and requested the 6oz cups. Go to pick up the food and theres 3 extra charges. I asked was was told we requested too many (3 cups for 4 meals ordered) and they had to charge me but couldn't tell me why I wasn't made aware of this. Then we get home and open it to find out the chips and queso does not actually come with chips, sunset wrap was missing cheese, the baja salsa went bad and has an extremly sour taste, and it was missing the only 2oz salsa requested. After poor service and a minor altercation for them getting my order wrong and lying about it I left thinking I just won't come back. I never write reviews. After the severe bought of "stomach problems" and blood pressure issues I had for the next two days I'm not sure I wasn't purposely poisoned by the young lady at the front counter with all the attitude. I've tried having the owner(Robert or Courtney or something) call me back but they never do. Considered filing a criminal report but can't prove that it wasn't just sever food poisoning from the burrito special(aside from the fact that my symptoms fit the "bartenders revenge").
