I have been going to this place since before the current owner bought it. After it changed ownership and I saw what the new owner was doing and how the employees were happier and friendlier, and it was updated to appeal to its customer base, I swore to never go anywhere again. I remain loyal where I am treated well.
I have bought countless products in this amount of time (vapes, smokes, lighters and more). A while back A short guy with gauged ears started working there. He's impatient and wants you out of there fast - unless you're a body, which I've seen.
Anyways, every now and then you get a vape that has problems. When this happens I have never had issues exchanging. They were always changed out, without complaint or ridicule (I think I've had to change out 4 or so).
I bought one recently and went outside to check it and it was hissing. I went back in and the short guy ears was a complete jerk about it saying I had to test it INSIDE the store (first this is illegaland second, there are signs saying no vaping inside). I understand that people would try and use one then return it when it was out but even the time stamp was less than 3 minutes, I hadn't even left the parking lot. I told him there are signs posted that there is no vaping inside and he still insisted that if I don't try them inside, I can't return it. He said he'd exchange it that one time only but I should listen when I'm told to test it inside. NEVER, EVER had I been told that by any employee in all the years I've been going there. I tried telling him that and he became even more rude accusing me of lying saying that every employee says that to every customer. Wrong little dude! I've been there when it is busy and been there when I'm the only customer and that has never came from anybodies mouth. I got the new one, worked fine until about puff 5 - nothing I can do at this point, except learn not to spend my money at this place anymore.
I wouldn't suggest purchasing any vape products when the little angry man is working . There's another vape shop in Tooele that likes and cares about their customers that I will now be going to. The selection is better, prices are better and the customers are treated MUCH better - that's where my husband goes and now I can see why (and I went in myself to check it out). Bought a mod one week ago to this review. Let me preface I am grateful I spent $48 and not a penny more! Take wins where I can! So, mod worked prefect up until day 5. Mod quit charging. it worked until battery was empty. GeekVape Wenax. Took it back with receipt and box, was told I would not be receiving a replacement, that I could hungrily buy another one for $18.00 + tax. Geez I thought..... I had it 5 days.
This is my 3rd mod, umpteenth bottle of juice n atomizer, disposables, pods, you name it. I used to take all my business there! not anymore! It's the caliber of one specific jabronie that thought it better to try and explain why he couldn't help, rather than just help, make it right, keep a customer. Nope, this guy is brilliant and I'm never doing business with him again. $18 and some change is more than what my business is worth to this exceptionally talented business man. Let's not account for the hundreds if not into the thousands of dollars I've spent through that store!
So, if you end up in a situation and you're curious if you'll be taken care of? I guess not if it means doing what's right and keeping a healthy business relationship alive.
I imagine 95% of business is Tooeleans, this shop just stands out in such bold contrast against a real vape shop like Peak or iVape.
A few things in Tooele are just downright embarrassing and the way I was "taken care of" shouldn't have happened. As humans a bunch of us have built in alarms so if we start making decisions that aren't beneficial we can stop ourselves. I guess the employees have had actual training in how to be unreliable, unfair and just plain silly from a business stand point.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! YOU'VE BEEN FAIRLY WARNED.

They also tried to sell me coils at double the price then proceed to tell me that I cant order my own online even tho I have been for years.
