I went to Ollie's on opening day, great experience. Employees seemed vibrant but the manager; a white lady with glasses, holding a clip board. Going a couple days after, the same lady, again, a manager, was being extremely rude to "her" associates. My husband and I seen it first hand and it was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Treating your employees like they're stupid and having a condescending undertone is disturbing for a manager to display so openly. Today was my first time shopping there. My overall experience was good. There wasn’t much on the shelves. I stopped by Ollie’s in Topeka not long after its grand opening. The experience was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The atmosphere was fine, and the staff were helpful, which made for a pleasant enough visit.
