RJ's Discount Store — Local services in Topeka

I had just visited your store with two items in hand noticing the sale for 50% off of $20 or less there was an item that had been marked down several times to $24 when I approached the cashier I asked her if I could get 50% off of the $24 didn’t even need to mark it down anymore but if I could just get that one item included in the sale because it was so close and had been marked down several times she repeatedly said in a very snarky way less than 20 means less than $20. I asked her if there was someone she would like to go check with she then repeated again in her snarky tone it was not going to be marked down.

I left without purchasing either item and I will not be back. I am very bothered by the experience as I stop in to shop at least once a week.

I would normally recommend for people to go here and Shop because it is an awesome place to get great deals on products you actually use in your home. What I'm not recommending this place is because they followed me around like I was a thief and I had plenty of money with me when I walk through the door paper whatever I wanted to get. It was a disgrace did he follow my scent around the store and if they want to see if somebody is stealing something they can just walk right up to me and asked him if they are stealing. Is not fun nor is it nice to be followed around a store I lost you imagine when you are doing nothing wrong except for looking at all the products that they had to offer. I've been going to RJ's weekly or more since May 2020, particularly because one of my favorite closeout stores closed their doors in Topeka. I am a bargain shopper and love a good discount. RJ's warehouse is the kind of place you go and cruise the aisles, looking for the deals on products you'd typically pay 30-60% more for at well know stores. Keep in mind, like any closeout store, the selection varies and is always changing. I like to compare prices on ebay and amazon to see if I'm getting a good deal.
