Walgreens — Local services in Topeka

I went in to get Pepsi, should of been an easy in and out. Instead the karen working the register hassled me about a mask and said I couldn't shop without it. The cdc recommends that vaccinated individuals no longer need wear a mask indoors or outdoors. I promptly called and asked for the store manager. Karen transferred me to an assistant manager instead who is called Kyle. I asked him what their location's official policy is on masks. He advised me they strongly encourage all people to wear a mask but cannot ask anyone to leave. This was completely opposite of the encounter I had with the Karen working the register who told me I couldnt shop with out it. Apparently this walgreens location and possibly the entire Walgreens corporation doesnt believe in the science...

We visited this Walgreens to get our pictures taken for our passport renewal. Corinne took our pictures in a very courteous and professional manner. When I went to a post office to mail our applications, I was told by the clerk our pictures would be rejected and that I should go back to Walgreens. When we went back to see Corinne, she told us she stood by her taking of the pictures, but to have them checked by the passport center on Gage Blvd. However, she gave us a refund. Honestly would give 0 stars if possible , this is the absolute worst store I have ever been to . The staff are so unprofessional always cussing , on their phones and I even saw one employee (named nyah I do believe) kissing a guy at work and taking him back into the stock room . When I walk into a store I want to see people doing their job and being professional so I know that I will receive the best quality care I deserve . This store is atrocious & something needs...
