Have been twice, first time no issue. Today went to look for picture frames and didnāt have what I wanted so just browsed around. Both my bf and I willingly showed our IDās after being asked then your employee just stands there silently behind us staring while we look around the glass section, do we need to hand our purses over or something to be deemed as not sketchy?? Having your employees act as if every person in there is out to be a thief isnāt a good way to have repeat customers because we definitely wonāt be back.
**Edit to add since I canāt reply to the owner, the employee never asked if we needed any help finding anything or looking for anything in particular. Just stood there staring without a word or even a friendly expression on his face. If he would have asked we couldāve said weāre just browsing, but it definitely didnāt seem like we were welcome to do that which is weird considering how else are you going to buy anything without looking. Unfortunately I bought something that was packaged and lit up the small magnet lights did not work batteries corroded. Took back to exchange had none left so I just wanted the 3.55 store credit. Could not find receipt was told without it couldn't help after being there twice still haven't had a chance to see the owner after was told they would be there on previous trip. So I will no longer spend nor solicit others to go to a store that has no responsibility in what they sell and wont back it up would rather loose a loyal customer over $3.55.
